Plain and short — here's what we actually collect and why.
License activation
When VoltClient checks your license, it talks to our licensing provider and reports your Minecraft username to our own backend, tied to your license key. This is how we can look up an account during support requests — nothing more is collected around it.
Update checks
The client checks our backend for the latest version. This request doesn't carry any personal information — it's just "what's the newest build."
What we don't do
No analytics, no telemetry beyond what's described above, no selling or sharing data with third parties. We don't read your files, your chat, or anything else on your machine.
